Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Provide customer support via phone calls for international customers. Troubleshoot customer queries and requests. Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions for review and follow-up. Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries.
