Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle real-time customer interactions via live chat. Assist customers with financial products and services, including digital payments, loans, wallets, or investment platforms. Ensure prompt and accurate resolution of customer queries while maintaining high customer satisfaction. Stay updated with company products, services, policies, and compliance standards. Requirements: Graduation in any discipline. Min 6 months of experience in a BPO/KPO/chat support/customer service environment (preferably in fintech or banking). Excellent written English communication skills. Basic understanding of financial products and digital payment systems is a plus.
