Helping teacher

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the main teacher in daily classroom activities.
• Help children during arrival, dispersal, lunch, and washroom routines.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the class.
• Support students during activities like storytelling, music, craft, etc.
• Prepare and organize materials required for teaching and activities.
• Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times.
• Observe and report any unusual behavior or issues to the teacher.
• Maintain discipline and encourage positive behavior.
• Help with classroom decorations and bulletin boards.
• Step in to assist any pre-primary section as needed (floating support).

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 or Graduate (Early Childhood Education certification preferred).
• Prior experience working with young children is an advantage.
• Warm, patient, and child-friendly attitude.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Physically active and energetic to keep up with children.
