Goal Setting: Helping clients set and achieve realistic health goals, such as weight loss, stress management, or improved nutrition. 3. Personalized Coaching: Providing one-on-one coaching sessions to support clients in making sustainable lifestyle changes. 4. Health Education: Educating clients on healthy habits, nutrition, and stress management techniques. 5. Accountability and Support: Offering ongoing support and accountability to help clients stay motivated and track progress. Additional Responsibilities 1. Developing Coaching Plans: Creating customized coaching plans tailored to each client's needs and goals. 2. Tracking Progress: Monitoring clients' progress and adjusting coaching plans as needed. 3.
