Company Description Populux HR is a leading Executive Search firm based in Kochi, Kerala .We are hiring for for our client , a leading FMCG Food brand in South India Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of R&D (Icecream Products) located in Kochi, Kerala. Key roles involves : - Heading and overseeing day-to-day activities of R&D and NPD dept. -New Product Development for various Ice cream Flavors & Frozen Desert -Design SOPS for all the products variants required for R&D -Improve existing formulations for taste,nutrition & shelf life -Collaborate with production and quality teams Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or related field Analytical Skills and Research & Development (R&D) expertise Experience in Team Management and Project Management Strong Research and NPD skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Experience in same line products (Icecreams/Frozen dessrts) ar must Preference given for candidates handled north Indian favorite flavoured icecream products.
