Purpose: To process, pack, and deliver the right quality seeds to the market at the right time, at the lowest cost, and without any market complaints. Roles and Responsibilities: Coordinate with Sales and Production teams to ensure on-time delivery of seed products to the market Plan and implement seed processing strategies aligned with the targeted business plan Oversee procurement and control of consumables for processing and packing Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all processing locations Enforce best practices in warehouse management, including safe storage, pest control, and material handling Design and implement SOPs and work instructions for processing, packing, and delivery in line with ISO standards Monitor and manage C&F operations, stock, and logistics up to distributors nationwide Evolve logistics strategies to reduce supply chain lead time Continuously improve storage and processing methods to address market complaints Prepare operational and capital expenditure budgets for processing and logistics Identify and develop vendors for non-seed items to achieve cost reductions Lead technology upgrades and continuous improvements in processing and packing Build and motivate the processing team, developing them for current and future roles Identify and groom leadership talent within the team to support succession planning Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Board Location : Bangalore, Karnataka No of Position : 1 Qualification : Graduation in Agriculture / Horticulture / Engineering 10 20 years of relevant experience in seed processing and technology Minimum 5 years in a plant leadership role
