Designing, planning and execution of selection indices in the appropriate environment (location/season) for devising an effective Cauliflower & Radish selection strategy for market requirements. Cauliflower & Radish germplasm enhancement with novel traits for population development, new line development and line enhancement with market required traits. Collaboration with Phytopathology for planning and execution of hot spot /artificial screening trials for biotic and abiotic stress. Effective alignment with PSP, SPR, CSP for meeting organizational strategic goals by maintaining genetic purity of nucleus seed of hybrid parental lines along with supporting information on parent/hybrid profile w.r.t. seed produceability / parental nicking. Effective coordination/follow-up with PD & MS teams for MLT hybrid trial evaluation and activities related to hybrid registration in state department of agriculture. Collaboration with Biotechnology (Cell-biology and Molecular-biology) for crop trait improvement/enhancement. Management of germplasm, breeding and trial data for effective data driven decisions. Characterization of inbreds along with respective hybrids as per DUS/UPOV guidelines for PVP breeding work and trialling activities at R&D locations/MLT. Knowledge of Plant Breeding and Genetics and Biotechnology 8-10 years working experience in Cauliflower & Radish breeding Ph.D. in Plant Breeding and Genetics or Vegetable Breeding

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency in brand tone, message, and visual identity. Repurpose existing content into new formats for different platforms (e.g., converting blog content to carousel, script to video, etc.). Adapt content to regional and cultural contexts while maintaining brand guidelines. Keep up with content trends and suggest creative ideas for brand storytelling, campaigns, and engagement. Organize and maintain a content library for easy access and future use.
