Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chandigarh, India for a Head of Sales (MINI). The MINI Sales head will be responsible for leading and managing the MINI sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets and objectives are achieved. This role involves overseeing account management, analyzing sales data and market trends, and fostering strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Additionally, the Head of Sales will collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with business goals.

• Strong Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management skills
• Proven Team Management skills and experience leading a sales team
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret sales data and market trends
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field
• Proven track record in a similar sales leadership role is highly desirable
