Position Overview

Head of Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee global demand planning and forecasting in coordination with brand and sales teams
• Manage the flow of goods from suppliers to 3PLs across China, the USA, Canada, and India
• Handle day-to-day logistics for multiple brands in diverse product categories
• Act as the main point of contact for suppliers and 3PL partners
• Monitor and enforce SLA performance for warehousing, fulfillment, and shipping
• Maintain healthy stock levels and prevent out-of-stock situations
• Coordinate product launches and restocks across markets
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, growth, and finance teams

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain, ideally in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC)
• Strong analytical skills and demand planning expertise
• Experience managing relationships with global suppliers and 3PLs, particularly in the USA, Canada, China, and India
• Ability to handle complex supply chains across multiple geographies
• Highly organized, self-directed, and detail-oriented
• Experience across multiple product categories is a plus
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills
• Proficiency with operations tools and project management platforms
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with project management in Notion
• Comfortable using AI tools
