As Head of Operations, you will be the central force holding all verticals together from music, recording studio, talent, media platforms, on ground IP's driving seamless execution, aligning teams, optimizing resources, and bringing operational clarity across projects. Whether its a working with teams to produce new music, music releases, a podcast shoot, or a new IP rollout, youll ensure every moving part is on track, on budget, and on time. Youll report directly to the core management and work closely with department leads to make sure Bunty Bains Productions, BBP Live and sister companies runs like a high-performance creative engine.
