With a vision to package and sell traditional Indian desserts as FMCG food products, Lal Sweets has rapidly emerged as a leading brand in the market. The company currently operates with a dedicated team of over 400 employees and follows a 6-day working week. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee all functions of business finance, financial planning, controllership, and investor relations. Develop and implement robust financial strategies aligned with the company’s vision and growth plans. Ensure financial health and profitability of the business while maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements. Effectively engage with stakeholders and drive strong financial communication across teams. Demonstrate agility, ownership, and a positive attitude in a dynamic and evolving business environment. Candidate Requirements: Experience: Minimum 12 years in finance roles, preferably in the Consumer, FMCG, or Retail sectors. Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, Strategic thinking with hands-on financial expertise
