Job Description:

▪ Shall be communicate and coordinate with cross functional departments for plant management as well as project execution and engineering activity.

▪ Shall have hands-on knowledge of operation and maintenance of chillers, AC units, cooling tower and water transfer pumps.

▪ Shall have hands-on knowledge of operation and maintenance of boiler, hot water generator, nitrogen generator.

▪ Shall have hands-on knowledge of operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment plant and fire hydrant system.

▪ Shall have knowledge of water treatment plants (Pre-treatment, Purified, WFI and PSG).

▪ Shall be capable of handling installation and commissioning activities for Raw Utilities like Chiller, Cooling Tower, Water Distribution Pump, Air Compressor, Boiler, Nitrogen Generation System, Heat Pump, and Hot Water Generator.

▪ Shall be capable of handling installation and commissioning of Solvent Recovery Plant, effluent and sewage treatment plant.

▪ Shall be capable of handling installation and commissioning of clean utility like Pre-Treatment, CSRO/HSRO, Pure Steam Generation, and WFI Generator and piping work.

▪ Shall be capable of handling installation and commissioning piping and insulation work.

▪ Shall collaborate with other engineering disciplines across a project.

▪ Preparation of the daily progress report of plant /project and inform to reporting manager.

▪ Coordination & follow up with vendors for work execution to complete within timeline.

▪ To ensure safety measures and take initiative to enhance acceptance of safety.

Qualifications:

▪ Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 15 to 120 years of relevant experience in operation, maintenance and project work.

▪ Worked with Pharma/BioTech Companies

Must: Can read, write and speak Tamil fluently
