We're Hiring: Head of Design – Luxury Residential Interiors

We are seeking a Head of Design to lead our creative direction and design execution across high-end residential projects. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to bring their expertise and innovation to a premium clientele, shaping exceptional living spaces with timeless appeal.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in luxury and high-end residential interior design

A background in interior architecture or graduate-level interior design

Proven leadership skills and experience managing design teams

Deep understanding of spatial planning, material selection, and bespoke detailing

A strong portfolio showcasing elegant, high-end residential interiors

The ability to articulate design vision clearly and collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary design team from concept to completion

Oversee the creative vision for all residential projects, ensuring world-class standards

Collaborate closely with clients to understand and deliver their vision

Maintain an uncompromising focus on quality, precision, and luxury detailing

Drive innovation while honoring classical principles of design and craftsmanship
