Head of Business Growth & Strategic Partnerships

As the Head of Business Growth & Strategic Partnerships, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end business development strategy for partnerships, sponsorships, gifting collaborations, and leadership programs. Your main tasks will include owning the sales pipeline, from identifying potential clients/partners to closing deals and managing relationships effectively. Your role will involve building strong relationships with corporates, leadership teams, and ecosystem enablers to unlock new business and learning opportunities. You will be required to design and pitch compelling proposals and partnership decks that are aligned with values and offerings of the organization. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial in order to ensure seamless experiences for partners and members. Additionally, you will represent the organization at events, roundtables, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role will focus on Business & Revenue metrics such as Revenue Targets Achieved, New Leads Generated & Conversion Rates, and Partnerships Signed. Strategic Ecosystem Development KPIs will measure the number of CXO/CHRO-level meetings facilitated, Retention or Upsell of Key Partners, and Outreach-to-deal-cycle Efficiency. Community & Program Impact KPIs will track Member Growth through Partnership Channels, Peer Circle Activations, and Event Sponsorship/Partnership Success Metrics. Process & Enablement KPIs will evaluate Timely Reporting on Sales & Pipeline Progress, CRM & Documentation Accuracy, and Sales Material Effectiveness. Overall, your role will be pivotal in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and fostering strong relationships within the industry.,
