About Kovaion

Position Overview

Youll drive regional go-to-market initiatives, develop strategic relationships with Oracle teams and enterprise clients, and identify high-impact opportunities that align with Kovaion’s solution strengths. While this is a leadership role, the focus is entirely on strategic execution, partner collaboration, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the regional business development strategy for Oracle Cloud, ERP, HCM, and PeopleSoft solutions
  • Build and grow strong alliances with Oracle’s sales, alliance, marketing, and pre-sales teams to drive joint GTM success
  • Identify and engage with enterprise accounts across North India, aligning Oracle solutions to their transformation goals
  • Lead high-value deal cycles
  • Explore and develop new verticals, use cases, and Oracle practice areas relevant to the region
  • Represent Kovaion at Oracle ecosystem events, strategic discussions, and client briefings
  • Track market dynamics, competitor movements, and buyer trends to shape positioning and identify whitespace
  • Share regular insights, forecasts, and growth updates with internal stakeholders
  • Anchor Kovaion’s upcoming presence in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon or Noida), serving as the regional face of the brand

Qualifications & Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise business development, with a core focus on Oracle solutions
  • Deep understanding of Oracle’s ecosystem, partner models, and enterprise offerings
  • Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and drive solution-based growth with minimal supervision
  • Strong network across North India’s enterprise landscape, with extended visibility in East and West India
  • Excellent communication, consultative selling, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and structured pipeline tracking
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence internally and externally
  • Willingness to work from Delhi NCR (Gurgaon or Noida) as the regional anchor for Kovaion

Preferred Experience

  • Experience working with or against leading Oracle Cloud providers
  • Exposure to industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Public Sector, or Healthcare
  • Strong existing relationships with Oracle teams in North, East, and West India
