What You’ll Own: Run engaging onboarding bootcamps for freshers and lateral hires in: Oracle (Fusion, HCM, Cloud, PeopleSoft) MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) SQL (yep, the real-deal, not just SELECT * FROM ) Design smart learning journeys with hands-on practice, simulations, and zero-boredom . Track who's growing and how – build learning dashboards that speak ROI. Turn individual contributors into team leads – and help them own the journey. Spot skill gaps before they become project gaps. You’ll be the growth hacker of talent. Keep things fresh – stay on top of tech trends and keep content modern & relevant. Your Impact: Get freshers project-ready in 30 days Accelerate lateral hire seasoning Drive IC TL journeys with training & mentoring Support talent retention by giving folks a clear path to grow Build a culture of learning that sticks What You Bring: 6–10 years in tech training/dev – if you’ve coded and coached, that’s Solid grip on: Oracle (Fusion / HCM / ERP) MERN Stack (Hands-on = bonus points) SQL (you should be able to explain joins like you’re telling a story) Strong presentation + facilitation skills – you should own the (virtual) room Bonus if you’ve played with LMS platforms or built gamified learning paths Why Kovaion: You’ll shape how people grow, code, and lead You’ll work closely with tech teams solving real-world problems You'll have the freedom to create and innovate You’ll make an actual difference – and see it happen
