Head Nurse

• · Minimum 6 years of nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• · Proven experience in spinal cord injury care or related specialty.
• · Strong leadership and team management skills.
• · Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• · Oversee daily nursing operations and ensure high-quality patient care for spinal cord injury patients.
• · Lead and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support in clinical practices and professional development.
• · Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
• · Monitor patient progress, assess needs, and make necessary adjustments to care plans.
• · Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures.
• · Facilitate interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies and outcomes.
• · Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for nursing staff on best practices in spinal cord injury care.
• Manage staffing schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and support for nursing operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
