Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead brand positioning, demand generation, digital marketing, and thought leadership for TekMindz across India, Africa, the US, and other global markets.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Own and elevate the TekMindz brand across multiple markets.
Lead demand generation campaigns across digital, content, SEO/SEM, email, and events.
Oversee PR, content marketing, analyst relations, and thought leadership initiatives.
Manage lead nurturing and marketing automation pipelines (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with revenue targets.
Establish and monitor KPIs for all campaigns and continuously improve ROI.
Lead and mentor a small marketing team (internal and agency-based).
Work with business heads to develop go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new geographies or verticals.

Qualifications

MBA in Marketing or equivalent.
12-18 years in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a tech/IT services firm.
Deep understanding of integrated marketing strategies, brand positioning, and digital channels.
Experience working in global markets such as the US, Africa, or the Middle East is a strong plus.
Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
