Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Head Manager to join our team at HeeBee Coffee. As a HeadManager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café, fostering a positive work environment, and delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the hospitality industry, possess strong leadership skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise daily operations: Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, food and beverage preparation, cash handling, and cleanliness standards.

2. Team leadership: Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to staff members to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.

3. Customer service: Ensure that customers receive prompt, friendly, and personalized service at all times. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.

4. Inventory management: Monitor inventory levels, place orders for supplies, and manage stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

5. Quality control: Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in food and beverage offerings. Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and product displays to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

6. Financial management: Assist in budget planning and management, monitor sales performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth. Process transactions accurately and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.

7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

8. Communication: Foster open communication and collaboration between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Communicate effectively with management, staff, and vendors to coordinate activities and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.

2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including food safety and sanitation practices.

5. Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems.

6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

7. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in hospitality management is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
