Job Summary:

HR Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions including

    Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Training & Development, Payroll, Compliance, Employee Engagement, and Performance Management

    .
  • Develop and implement

    HR policies, SOPs, and frameworks

    tailored to the manufacturing and production environment.
  • Drive

    workforce planning and optimization

    to ensure productivity across manufacturing, moulding, assembly, and other departments.
  • Build effective

    recruitment pipelines

    to source talent specific to toys manufacturing roles including production, moulding, assembly, QC, and robotics operations.
  • Develop and lead initiatives for

    employee engagement, motivation, and retention

    .
  • Ensure

    statutory compliance and adherence to labor laws

    applicable to the manufacturing sector.
  • Oversee the

    training & development programs

    for skill enhancement across technical and operational teams.
  • Monitor and drive

    performance appraisal systems

    , providing feedback and career growth paths.
  • Act as a key liaison between management and employees to foster a

    positive work culture

    .
  • Handle

    grievance redressal

    and ensure resolution of employee concerns in a timely manner.
  • Partner with department heads to support their manpower needs and drive HR support for factory and production activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Postgraduate Degree/Diploma in

    Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    .
  • Minimum 7-12 years of HR experience

    , with at least

    5 years in the Toys Manufacturing sector

    or similar industries (Plastic, Moulding, FMCG, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of

    manufacturing HR practices, factory HR operations, and statutory compliance

    .
  • Strong

    interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills

    .
  • Proficiency in

    HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite

    .
  • Sound knowledge of

    labor laws, ESI, PF, and other compliance mandates

    .
  • Ability to manage HR activities for a

    mid to large manufacturing workforce

    .
