We are a nutritional and fresh snacks startup, serving in Jaipur. We are to redefine the way commercial food is prepared and served by establishing an Indian ethos based kitchen combined with modern technologies.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef located in Jaipur. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, managing kitchen staff, creating menus, ensuring food quality and safety, and maintaining inventory. The Head Chef will also collaborate with the management team to develop new dishes and create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role
• Strong leadership and managing skills for kitchen staff
• Expertise in creating and designing menus
• Thorough knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety standards
• Inventory management and cost control skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Culinary degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in high-quality, fine dining restaurants is a plus
