Head cashier (Male)

Job description

1. Ensure day to day smooth transactions Observation & surveillance on all counters.

2. Prepare card payment/ QR payment/ cash payment/ advance payment report & tally on daily basis.

3. Maintain customer relation as per company policy by the team.

4. Manage, acknowledge & train cashier team as per requirement/ Monitoring daily operations.

5. Audit /checking & ensure individual slip is maintained by cashier executives.

6. Keep logs of daily transactions and report any discrepancies.

7. Handle refunds, exchanges, or complaints when needed.

7. Minimum 5 year experience in cashier

Skills Needed

• Good with numbers and attention to detail.
• Friendly and helpful attitude toward customers and staff.
• Ability to solve problems and stay calm under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of computers and payment systems.
• Good communication skill

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

• Cashiering: 1 year (Required)
