Job Title : GRE Sales & Admissions Counselor Location : Hinjawadi, Pune Experience : 2 to 6 years Department : Sales & Business Development Industry : Education / Test Preparation / Overseas Education Job Type : Full-Time Reports To : Center Manager / Sales Head Job Summary : We are seeking a results-driven Sales & Admissions Counselor to manage and grow GRE program enrollments at our Hinjawadi center . The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into admissions, counseling students on GRE prep options, and meeting monthly revenue targets. Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound inquiries, walk-ins, and outbound calls to prospective GRE students Counsel students and parents on GRE training programs, batches, fees, and test timelines Convert leads into paid enrollments through consultative sales Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and student data Follow up regularly with prospects to ensure successful closure Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Coordinate with faculty and operations for smooth student onboarding Organize seminars/webinars and participate in local marketing activities Build strong rapport with students and maintain high customer satisfaction Requirements : Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Education preferred) 2–6 years of experience in sales, counseling, or admissions (preferably in the education or ed-tech industry) Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong sales mindset with a track record of achieving targets Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and online meeting platforms Willingness to work weekends (with a weekday off) Preferred : Experience in GRE/GMAT/SAT/IELTS course sales Understanding of overseas education or standardized testing market Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team Compensation : Salary : ₹20,000 – ₹26,000/month (Based on experience) Incentives : Attractive monthly performance-based incentives Other Benefits : PF, paid leave, training and development programs Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Internet reimbursement Life insurance Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7721916475
