Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager/AGM – Operations to lead and manage integrated facility management services across multiple sites in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong operational, team management, and client relationship skills, with a proven track record in delivering high-quality facility services in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day operations across multiple client sites, ensuring seamless delivery of soft and hard services (Housekeeping, Technical Services, etc.). Develop and implement operational strategies and SOPs to improve service efficiency and client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to safety, health, and environment. Monitor budgets, control costs, and drive cost-effective solutions without compromising service quality. Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the key point of contact for all operational matters. Supervise and mentor on-site managers, supervisors, and service partners to ensure high performance and adherence to KPIs and SLAs. Conduct periodic site audits, risk assessments, and quality checks to ensure operational excellence. Coordinate with procurement, HR, and other internal departments for resource planning, vendor management, and staffing. Handle escalations, resolve issues promptly, and ensure business continuity at all locations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10–15 years of experience in facility management operations, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of building systems, MEP, housekeeping, security, and vendor management. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
