Growth Associate Location: Ludhiana Experience: Fresher (0 1 year) Reporting To: Head Retail Divison. About the Role: We are seeking a young, dynamic, and proactive individual who is eager to build a long-term career in the stock broking and fintech industry. This role offers exposure across diverse functions such as Retail Broking, Product Development, Customer Service, Digital Marketing, AI, Content, and L&D. The ideal candidate will directly assist a core leadership member and will be deeply involved in executing strategic projects, driving cross-functional coordination, and implementing automation-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities: Assist in execution and tracking of projects across Product, Customer Service, Content, and Marketing. Coordinate with internal departments and occasionally external vendors for timely deliverables. Support development of dashboards, presentations, and business review materials. Create structured documentation, SOPs, and process trackers for ongoing initiatives. Support Learning & Development and AI initiatives with content coordination and planning. Support research work to identify and evaluate emerging trends, tools, and technologies relevant to stock broking, digital marketing, AI, and customer engagement. Drive the adoption of new tools and practices by preparing internal notes, demo sessions, or trial implementations. Attend industry events, seminars, and webinars to stay informed on market developments and share learnings with internal teams. Coordinate with schools and colleges to organize seminars and presentations on financial literacy and investing awareness. Assist in planning and executing PR and brand awareness activities, including collaborations, internal branding. Preferred Skills: Strong MS Excel & PowerPoint skills. Exposure to dashboards (e.g., Zoho Analytics, Power BI, etc.) is a plus. Good understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.). Effective email communication and coordination ability.
