Growth Lead

Key Responsibilities :

• Own growth strategy end-to-end across social, content, and community.
• Design experiments for user acquisition and retention across platforms (X, Reddit, TikTok, Discord, etc).
• Collaborate with creators, editors, and community partners to execute growth campaigns.
• Use both organic and paid tactics to scale traction.
• Analyze performance metrics and double down on what works.
• Build lightweight systems and loops for distribution, engagement, and referrals.

Requirements :

• Deep understanding of internet culture and platform dynamics.
• Comfortable using AI tools to ship quick
• Chronically online
• Comfortable executing solo or managing contributors when needed.
• Hungry to learn, experiment, and ship fast.
• Prior experience in growth, marketing, or early-stage startups is a bonus
