Leading a team, you will collaborate with Engineering, UX, and Development to execute a compelling product strategy, while also serving as the product's enthusiastic evangelist, driving marketing strategies and partnering with sales and customer success teams. Key Responsibilities: - Define, lead, and communicate product strategy aligned with business objectives. - Ensure rapid execution from strategy to implementation. - Build consensus and alignment with key stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding to drive decisions. - Collaborate with teams to drive agile execution of new product launches. - Engage with customers and users to discover and validate new solution capabilities. - Drive ongoing product growth by leveraging feedback from customers, prospects, and users. - Advocate for the customer within the product team by effectively sharing insights to enhance user experience. - Develop a strong domain knowledge to address critical issues and ensure product evolution for user success. - Monitor product performance, user engagement, and outcomes. Required Experience/Skills: - Proven product management experience, preferably with SaaS experience and a large user base. - Demonstrated innovation resulting in outstanding customer value. - Track record of developing, managing, and launching large-scale cloud-based software products. - Ability to conceptualize, negotiate, and sell ideas internally and externally. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a solid business acumen. - Data-driven mindset with a focus on user and performance metrics. - Ability to define and measure success. - Excellent organizational, project management, and resource management skills. - Proficiency in product management software and best practices. - Experience with process and workflow software and best practices.
