To further expand our team, we are currently looking for skilled Grinding Machine Operators and Internal Grinding Machine Operators to join our workforce.

Job Description:

As a Grinding Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of grinding machines, including internal grinders, to produce high-precision parts for collets, fixtures, CNC adaptors, and collet sleeves.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate internal grinding machines and other grinding machines as needed.
• Conduct machine maintenance, including checking fluid levels, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure the grinding process adheres to quality standards and tolerances.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Adjust and fine-tune machine settings for optimal performance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure production deadlines are met.
• Continuously monitor machine performance and report any issues to management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Grinding Machine Operator or Internal Grinding Machine Operator.
• Knowledge of various grinding techniques and machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with CNC machines and adaptors is a plus.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
