Position : Angular Grinding Operator
Work Location Kothur - Hyderabad
Experience : Fresher - 15k NTH
Qualifications: SSC / ITI / Diploma
Experience • with 2 to 10 years experience operating manual angular grinding machines
JD :
• Operate manual angular grinding machines to grind, shape, and finish various materials, including metal parts.
• Set up the machine, adjusting workpieces, grinding wheels, and other components.
• Ensure precise dimensions and surface finishes by adjusting machine movement as required.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure correct and consistent performance and adjust as needed.
• Inspect finished products using measuring tools such as calliper’s, and gauges to ensure compliance with technical specifications.
• Work closely with production teams to meet daily production targets while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Report any issues or defects to the supervisor and assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.
• Adhere to company policies and quality control standards
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with various grinding techniques and materials.
• Proficiency in using measuring instruments such as callipers, and gauges.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and the ability to work in a safe environment.
