Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing work across social media graphics, reels, ad creatives, video editing, website banners, and image editing. You will be responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand strategy and drives audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for social media posts, stories, and reels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Develop visually compelling advertising creatives for campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media and digital campaigns.
• Create website banners, hero images, and edit website-related graphics.
• Retouch, resize, and optimize images for web and social platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual designs.
• Stay updated with design trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
• Understanding of social media formats, aspect ratios, and trends.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for composition and color.
• Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or similar tools is a plus.

Preferred:

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX or web design is a bonus.
• Experience with animation tools (like Lottie, Adobe Animate) is a plus.
• Photography or videography skills are a bonus.
