Position Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll be responsible for bringing our brand to life across various platforms — from static social media content to dynamic videos — and ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce compelling graphics for digital and print media, including:

1. Social media posts and reels
2. Website assets and digital ads3. Presentations, decks, and packaging

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to execute design concepts aligned with Swirl’s brand vision.
• Own and evolve the visual identity of Swirl, maintaining consistency across all formats.
• Stay updated on current design and industry trends, integrating them into fresh and relevant designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and brand guidelines.
• Prepare and package files for production, liaising with printers and external vendors when necessary.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to transform rough ideas into polished, brand-aligned designs.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable receiving and incorporating feedback in a collaborative environment.

Bonus Skills

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Canva, and After Effects.
• Experience in video editing and motion graphics.
• Understanding of brand development and digital marketing best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
