Job Title: Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative video editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, editing styles, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality video content. You will work closely with our content creators, marketing team, and designers to deliver visually appealing videos that align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw video footage into polished videos for marketing, social media, training, and internal use.
• Trim footage segments, add music, dialogues, graphics, animations, and effects.
• Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions in storytelling.
• Collaborate with the creative team to understand the vision and execute accordingly.
• Stay up to date with editing trends, social media formats (Reels, Shorts), and industry best practices.
• Manage and organize video assets, file naming, and version control.
• Export and optimize videos for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, website, etc.).
• Apply color grading, sound balancing, and other post-production enhancements.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation is a plus.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous editing work is mandatory.

Education & Experience:

• Degree or diploma in Film Studies, Multimedia, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1–3 years of experience in video editing or content creation (fresher with a strong portfolio can also apply).

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with YouTube content, reels, promotional ads, or corporate videos.
• Knowledge of audio editing tools and voice-over syncing.
• Understanding of social media trends and platform specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
