* Design visually engaging creatives using Canva and other graphic design platforms.
* Create and edit images and videos using AI Dolby or similar tools to enhance visual quality.
* Develop posters, banners, reels, and digital assets for social media marketing, organic campaigns, and internal communications.
* Support HR-related design needs, including birthday posts, work anniversaries, hiring creatives, certificates, internal announcements, etc.
* Create platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc., ensuring alignment with brand identity.
* Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to understand requirements and deliver creatives on time.
* Stay updated with current trends in design, social media, and marketing tools.
* Ensure consistent brand aesthetics across all content.
* Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with other design platforms like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.
* Basic knowledge of tools like AI Dolby or similar for content enhancement.
* Understanding of organic and social media marketing strategies.
* Strong editing skills for photos and videos.
* Ability to manage multiple design requests and meet deadlines.
* Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
* Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Mass Communication, or a related field.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Portfolio of past work showcasing social media creatives and HR-related designs.
