Graphic Designer

Primary Responsibilities:

• In conjunction with relevant stakeholders, develop and maintain the company’s websites across all brands.
• Ensure all websites are engaging, responsive, continually optimised, secure, up-to-date and consumer relevant.
• Work with the Product Management, Technical/Development and Design teams to ensure alignment.
• Analyse market, consumer and competitive trends and apply as appropriate.
• Manage, monitor, and present relevant analytics, data, trends, successes, exceptions, feedback, threats and changes regarding the company’s web presence and action as appropriate.
• Manage and monitor all website hosting.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Develop visually appealing motion graphics and animations using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Design and create 2D and 3D motion graphics, including titles, transitions, and visual effects.
• Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard ideas for motion graphic projects.
• Utilize keyframe animation techniques to bring static designs to life and create smooth and dynamic motion.
• Integrate and synchronize motion graphics with audio elements, ensuring a seamless and engaging visual experience.
• Optimize motion graphics for various digital platforms and devices, considering performance and file size constraints.
• Maintain a strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition to create visually appealing graphics.
• Work closely with clients or stakeholders to gather project requirements, provide progress updates, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Collaborate with video editors and other members of the production team to ensure the motion graphics align with overall project objectives.
• Maintain a structured file organization system and adhere to version control practices to facilitate efficient collaboration and project management
