Graphic Designer

Role Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to design high-impact visuals for social platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to translate campaign goals into visually compelling and brand-consistent content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design social media assets including static posts, carousels, banners, ad creatives, GIFs, and thumbnails
• Tailor creatives for different platforms and audience types
• Work with strategy and copy teams to execute content calendars and campaign visuals
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints
• Manage creative assets using internal systems (ClickUp, Airtable, Google Drive)
• Bonus: Assist with branding mockups, pitch decks, basic UI, or packaging design when needed (not mandatory)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in social media graphic design
• Strong portfolio showcasing platform-specific work (Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, etc.)
• Expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva Pro, and Figma
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and digital storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines
• High attention to detail, responsiveness, and self-motivation in a remote work setup
• Bonus: Exposure to branding, UI, or packaging design is a plus
