Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced graphic designer to play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and brand-aligned visuals for our creative media projects. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will be instrumental in defining the visual identity across various platforms, ensuring that our graphics captivate the audience and convey the intended message effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret design briefs, effectively determining project requirements.
• Establish project timelines and clearly define constraints, whether they be time or budget-related.
• Conceptualize innovative visuals, considering the unique requirements of each project.
• Present initial concepts through rough drafts, providing a tangible representation of creative ideas.
• Develop a diverse range of graphics, including illustrations, logos, layouts, and photos, utilizing industry-standard software such as InDesign, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Implement the appropriate color schemes and layouts to enhance the visual appeal of each graphic.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the team throughout the design process, ensuring cohesion and alignment with project goals.
• Thoroughly test graphics across various media to guarantee optimal performance and visual consistency.
• Iterate on designs based on constructive feedback, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ensure the final graphics and layouts adhere to brand guidelines and are visually compelling.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of successful graphic design projects, supported by a strong and diverse portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software and technologies, including but not limited to InDesign, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Keen eye for aesthetics and an acute attention to detail, ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively convey ideas and collaborate within a team.
• Ability to work methodically, meeting deadlines without compromising on creativity or quality.
• A degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a significant advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,800.68 - ₹17,500.35 per month
