Graphic Designer Intern

Step D is seeking a talented and motivated Graphic Designer Intern to join our creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring graphic designer to gain hands-on experience and build a strong portfolio while working on real-world projects.

Position: Graphic Designer Intern Location: Cochin

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling visual designs for various digital and print media, including social media graphics, website banners, brochures, posters, and more.
• Assist in the development and execution of design concepts from ideation to final deliverables.
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices.
• Support the team with photo editing, image retouching, and other graphic-related tasks.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions, providing creative input and suggestions.
• Ensure all designs align with the company's brand guidelines and visual identity.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to receive constructive feedback.
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in graphic design through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
• Familiarity with web design and user interface (UI) design.
• Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro) is a plus.
