Job Description

Role Overview-

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to craft compelling visuals across digital and print channels. You’ll translate ideas into impactful designs, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns and content to life.

Key Responsibilities-

Visual Design
Design high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, presentations, brochures, and other promotional materials.
Translate strategic concepts into visually compelling and consistent design assets.
Brand Identity & Consistency
Uphold and reinforce brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
Contribute to the evolution and refinement of the company's visual identity and design standards.
Collaboration & Feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and content to understand design needs and deliver effective visual solutions.
Present design concepts clearly and iterate based on constructive feedback from stakeholders.
Project & Asset Management
Manage multiple design projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Maintain an organized repository of design assets and templates for ongoing and future use.

Qualifications-

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Experience:
1–3 years in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative work.
Tools & Platforms:
Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Canva and motion/video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro is preferred.
Design Expertise:
Strong grasp of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling for digital and print.
