Graphic Designer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong visual eye, a passion for design and storytelling, and the technical skills to bring ideas to life through graphics and video. You'll create engaging digital content for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design

• Design marketing materials including banners, flyers, brochures, social media posts, emailers, and website assets.
• Create branded assets consistent with the company’s visual identity.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate messaging into visuals.
• Assist in developing packaging, signage, and print designs when required.

Video Editing

• Edit raw footage into polished, professional-quality video content for digital platforms.
• Add motion graphics, captions, music, transitions, and effects to enhance storytelling.
• Produce promotional videos, reels, interviews, behind-the-scenes, product showcases, etc.
• Compress and format videos for different channels (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.).

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).
• Strong sense of layout, color theory, typography, and motion.
• Knowledge of social media trends and platform-specific content formats.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of photography and videography is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a marketing or creative agency.
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
• UI/UX or animation experience (optional but valuable).
• Degree or diploma in Design, Media, Communication, or related field.

Work Environment:

• Hybrid or on-site work depending on company policy.
• May include occasional travel or weekend work for shoots/events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
