Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer. The Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, reels, motion graphics and branding materials, and implementing typography in various marketing collateral. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the creative team to develop designs that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualise and design brand assets including logos, visual identity, digital creatives, and campaign collaterals.
• Create engaging motion graphics and animations for social media, reels, and brand films.
• Edit short-form videos and reels with a strong eye for transitions, pacing, and storytelling.
• Design marketing materials across platforms — from decks and banners to event branding and packaging.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to ensure visual consistency across projects.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously and meet quick turnaround timelines.

What We are Looking For:

• Strong foundation in graphic design, branding, and typography.
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite

  Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro

• Hands-on experience with

  motion graphics, animation, and video editing

• A portfolio that showcases your range — from branding work to reels and animated content.
• Excellent time management, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Agency background with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Good To Have:

• Experience with social-first design and understanding platform nuances (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Ability to storyboard or develop visual direction from scratch.
• Understanding of current design, video, and content trends.
