Key Responsibilities:Design digital assets including social media creatives, posters, banners, brochures, reels thumbnails, and presentation decks Work closely with marketing and content teams to conceptualize and deliver visually engaging creatives Maintain brand consistency in all design outputs Create promotional materials for ads, emailers, and events Edit and enhance images or visual content as needed Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and software Requirements:Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design platforms Good sense of color, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy Ability to take creative feedback and deliver within deadlines Basic animation or video editing skills are a plus (optional) Preferred Qualities:Creative thinker with attention to detail Team player with good communication skills Ability to handle multiple design tasks simultaneously Passionate about storytelling through visuals
