Graphic Design Assistant

Role Overview

You will design LinkedIn carousels using Canva based on provided copy, along with animated flowcharts and image posts. You’ll source relevant screenshots and visual elements to enhance each design.

As our content strategy expands, you’ll adapt and repurpose these designs for Instagram and Twitter, ensuring they align with each platform’s style and audience.

Creativity, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of visual storytelling are key to succeeding in this role.

Compensation

• Monthly Salary:

  ₹10,000 INR

• Bonuses available based on performance and output

Key Responsibilities

• Create LinkedIn carousels from provided copy
• Develop animated flowcharts and GIF posts
• Source and integrate relevant screenshots and visual elements
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Canva with portfolio showing carousel design
• Strong visual design sense and attention to detail
• Excellent English or Hindi communication skills
• Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration

Performance Expectations

Week 1: Complete onboarding and brand familiarization

Week 4: Independently produce 25-30 designs weekly

Month 1+: Adapt LinkedIn content for Instagram/Twitter

Submit portfolio with 3-5 design samples (Canva work preferred) and statement of interest.
