Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grafana Dashboard Specialist to lead the creation of robust dashboards for comprehensive end-to-end monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production support monitoring, with a keen understanding of the metrics that matter to both technology teams and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Grafana dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights for end-to-end monitoring.

- Strong Prometheus Knowledge

- Collaborate with technology and management teams to identify key metrics and ensure they are effectively represented on the dashboards.

- Integrate data from various sources, into Grafana for real-time monitoring and alerting.

- Strong knowledge on multiple Grafana exporters and command line interface

- Good knowledge on query language.

- Leverage log aggregation and analysis to build insights from logs, presenting them as meaningful metrics on Grafana dashboards.

- Develop custom Unix/Python scripts to automate the retrieval of logs and other data, feeding this information into Grafana.

- Create and manage dashboards in Jira and ServiceNow for enhanced tracking and reporting of key metrics.

- Support the production environment, troubleshooting and optimizing dashboards for performance and accuracy.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in creating and managing Grafana dashboards for monitoring complex systems.

- Strong knowledge of production support monitoring and experience in identifying critical metrics for monitoring and reporting.

- Strong communication skills to work effectively with both technical teams and management.
