Provide information for civil designs and coordination of interfaces between construction planning, steel structure engineering, protection and control system, auxiliary power system and all equipment suppliers for the project. Sound application knowledge of such GIS, transformers, Switchgears Reactors up to 400kV. Sound knowledge on engineering of transmission and distribution practices (up to 400kV) Responsible for engineering of assigned equipment packages like Switchgear, Transformer, Reactors, Hardware & fittings, CT/VT/SA, HV/MV/LV cables etc. Provide technical solution for substations comprising Single line diagram, technical information, layouts and associated detail drawings and documents by established applicable standards, processes, operation & maintenance requirements, OHSE considerations and customer specifications. Develop technical concepts for Layouts, technical specifications, selection of equipment and connection material considering costs, quality, international standards, and material. Provide technical calculations, technical purchasing specification and schedules for all equipment for projects or tenders. Experience, Education And Other Required Bachelor or master’s in electrical engineering or equivalent 10+ years substation engineering experience in Utilities or EPC industry. Good communication skill, to interact with external and internal parties at all levels in a multi-cultural environment. DaaS Bengaluru (On-Site) Executive Job Description Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end sales cycle for FLYGHT Services – from lead generation, qualification, POC/demo setup, to deal closure and onboarding Build relationships with key stakeholders in State Police , Municipal Corporations , SEZs , Expressway Authorities , PSUs , and large private industrial clients Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet assigned revenue targets Collaborate with partner ecosystem and internal operations to deliver seamless POC/pilot programs and customer onboarding Draft techno-commercial proposals, SLAs, and pricing models suited to customer need and policy frameworks Maintain high CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline tracking, and closure reporting Provide field feedback to Product and Operations for service optimization and new use-case development Represent ideaForge at key government, smart city, drone policy, and industry events in the region Key Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology, Business Administration, or relevant field. MBA is a plus. Experience: 5–10 years of B2G/B2B field sales experience in South India Proven success in selling services/technology solutions to government departments (Police, Urban Development, Transport, etc.) or industrial clients Familiarity with RFP-driven sales cycles , public procurement processes (GEM, CPPP, GFR norms), and Drone as a Service or AMC-style models is highly preferred Past exposure to smart city , GIS/mapping , IoT/surveillance , or security technology solutions is a strong advantage Skills Consultative Sales Management Proposal Writing Solution Selling B-2-B Lead Generation Governement Liaison Presentation Skills Partner Engagement RFP preparation south indian language Stakeholder Mapping Pricing Negotiations Relationship Building Drone as a Service
