Service Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Team Management: Manage and motivate a team of service advisors and technicians to achieve departmental goals.

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement service strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Customer Relations: Handle customer complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution.

Budget Management: Develop and manage the service department budget.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
