Role & responsibilities Project planning and handling. Responsible for overall management of project by ensuring terms & conditions of the contracts are met and to ensure the project completes on time within the budgeted costs. Responsible for planning work schedules of project and supervise the work of a large technical staff. Liaise with sub contractors, government officials and relevant parties to identify and solve problems and any other matters to ensure smooth implementation of project. Ability to direct inspections and achieve compliance with contracts, construction plans, materials and specifications. Arrangement of all resources, site supervision, surveying, Quality control, supervision of all works related to Building construction, Coordination with client and consultant. Clarify any discrepancy or issues related to Drawings & Execution etc. Monitoring, Preparation of the B.O.Q, Abstract of Cost, RA Bills, Debit Notes, Work Order etc. & also certifying the bills of vendors & subcontractors. Ensure statutory compliance and work place safety. Ensure timely delivery with Zero-defect through stringent QA/QC protocols. Submit MIS to management at regular interval. Preferred candidate profile Ability to lead multi-disciplinary team of professionals and should be able to handle project independently. Decision making ability Knowledge of civil, mechanical, electrical, structural and IT/BMS, as they relate to public works projects. Knowledge of the modern methods, materials and equipment employed in project construction.
