Job Description

Role & responsibilities Planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of the project including works scheduling, and monitoring the progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun. Conduct weekly Project review meetings to ensure completion as per schedule. Monitor the Critical path and highlight and resolve major issues, bottlenecks, slippages, and resource constraints and update stakeholders on the project progress Implementation of manpower with plan/site condition. Estimate according to design preparation interacting and coordinating with engineering suppliers and contractors for material and equipment costs Preferred candidate profile Allocation of work, progress monitoring & reporting. Independently handle Project activities including planning, site management, and Project Management. Planning, monitoring, and execution (Project management). Installation and commissioning of EHV cable and Sub Station Projects. Coordination with the Client and Local authorities. Preparation of work schedules and progress reports, Joint inspection and measurements for billing, Complete Civil works related to 66kV, 132kV, 220KV& 400kV UG Power cableing and Substation projects. In charge of the project's budget for materials and manpower & maintaining accurate billing records. Daily management of staff and multiple sub-contractors. Ensuring all quality control, environmental, health, and safety requirements are met. Identify the problems and implement solutions, making decisions based on sound rational judgment. Analysed any construction project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates, and utilization. Providing independent professional advice and guidance to the management and third parties. Leads technical negotiations with the customer. Realize measurable improvements in customer satisfaction and service quality. Coordination with the Clients, Subcontractors, and Local authorities. Supporting the Business Manager in project strategy, influencing specifications, and technical presentations
