Job Opening: Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business functions across our import and wholesale operations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience managing orders, dispatches, inventory, and team coordination, especially in a fast-paced trading or wholesale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all customer orders (online platforms and walk-in clients)
• Oversee order processing, dispatch, and delivery tracking
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels
• Monitor payments, billing, and follow-ups with customers and vendors
• Coordinate with store staff and ensure timely task execution
• Assign tasks and supervise junior staff for smooth daily operations
• Maintain records of sales, purchases, and returns
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
