Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Gaming Video Editor to join our team and bring gaming videos to life. In this role, you will be responsible for editing raw audio and video footage to produce entertaining, high-quality gaming videos. You will work closely with the creative team to arrange gameplay in line with given scripts, incorporate motion graphics, and add text animations to retain viewer engagement. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, gaming-focused creative environment while continuously pushing the boundaries of video storytelling.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Edit raw audio to remove retakes, dead spaces, and any unwanted elements for crisp, engaging sound quality.
• Organize and align gameplay footage based on the provided scripts and ensure smooth flow and structure of content.
• Add visually appealing and dynamic text animations to highlight key moments 
• Perform color adjustments to ensure consistency
• Seamlessly incorporate relevant graphics to enhance storytelling
• Design and integrate captivating motion graphics and special effects that resonate with the gaming niche
• Ensure all high-quality, polished video content is delivered on or before deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, gaming industry standards, and content strategies to keep videos relevant and engaging.
• Work closely with the creative team

Qualifications:

• Proven video editing skills with experience in gaming content
• Skilled in integrating gameplay footage and graphic elements
• Experienced with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing software
• Strong attention to detail and creative approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Good understanding of the gaming industry and trends
