Job Description

Role & responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular js, React, Angular, or Vue.js) on the frontend. Lead the architecture and design of complex features, ensuring alignment with business requirements and overall application strategy. Build, test, deploy, and manage application code while ensuring responsiveness and scalability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, to deliver high-quality software. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Participate in code reviews, providing feedback and guidance to other developers. Ensure best practices for coding standards, testing, and software development life cycle (SDLC) processes. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently. Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices and fostering growth within the team. Preferred candidate profile • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer with a focus on Java and front-end frameworks. • Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot for back-end development. • Strong experience with JavaScript and at least one major front-end framework (React, Angular, or Vue.js). • In-depth understanding of RESTful services, APIs, and microservices architecture. • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles. • Experience with database technologies (SQL, PL SQL, e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). • Familiarity with version control (Git), build tools (Maven, Gradle), and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting and debugging. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
